Vegan Valentine's

While Kate and I were coming up with our posting schedule we decided that today's post was supposed to be vegan aphrodisiacs. Perhaps it is the fact that I am a PK (pastor's kid) or perhaps it's the fact that I'm a mother, but there is something about the word aphrodisiac that makes me feel creepy. So let's just shelf that word along with others like: lover, sensual, and tantric. Instead let's just call this Vegan Valentine's and focus on foods that are great for two and create an intimate mood.

Maybe you have a special date night planned or perhaps, like me, you want to share a festive meal with the family. I don't know what your plans are, if you're alone or with a group, but I am all about finding a reason to celebrate and Valentine's Day is as good a reason as any.
