  1. I would imagine this be shaped into a regular bread shape too? Is there any difference in the cooking times?

  2. It can be shaped into a regular bread, but I would just do it as a freeform bread instead of in a loaf pan. The baking time would be similar, but I would start with 45 minutes and check it from there.
