How to Press Tofu

When I first started eating a plant-based diet I tried, failing many many times, to cook with tofu. Most of my attempts ended up in what looked like a mess of mashed up bean curd, not the firm cubes that I saw in photos of recipes. What finally saved the day? This video on how to press tofu. It changed my life. Perhaps it will change yours (or a least help your tofu recipes not look like a messy version of scrambled egg stew).
