ReplyDeleteI just tried making the mini almond cakes but they fell. My almond milk was cold. Any ideas why?
ReplyDeleteHi DeDe. Do you live at an altitude above 3,500 feet? If so you need to make altitude adjustments to your recipe. A general rule is to decrease your baking soda or powder by about 1/4 tsp per teaspoon. Increase your liquid by a Tablespoon per cup and decrease your flour by 1 Tablespoon per cup.
