Love this soup's ingredients. Will have to try and find a dry white wine in a little mini tiny bottle at LCBO because I don't drink so buying a normal size for just 3 Tablespoons is a total waste of money! LOL
Good tip Marie. Alternatively you can also use 2 Tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in place of the wine. I (Kate) don't drink either, so I usually substitute cider vinegar because it isn't as acidic as red wine or white wine vinegar.
